STUCK, OVERWHELMED OR DISCONNECTED FROM YOURSELF?

Take the first step toward feeling like yourself again.

Feeling anxious, stressed, or unsure how to handle life’s challenges can be exhausting—but you don’t have to face it alone. Many teens and adults struggle with anxiety, stress, low confidence, or relationship difficulties. With guidance and practical support, you can manage anxiety, build self-confidence, navigate school, friendships, and daily life, and start feeling more grounded, connected, and in control.

Welcome, I’m Dr. Miles.

When life feels overwhelming, it can be hard to know where to start. Many teens and adults struggle with anxiety, stress, low confidence, or patterns that feel impossible to break. If you—or your teen—are navigating school pressure, friendships, relationships, or the demands of everyday life, you’re not alone.

I’m a licensed psychologist providing in-person therapy in Houston and online sessions across Texas and Maryland. I specialize in supporting teen girls and women who want to feel calmer, more grounded, and more in control of their lives.

For teens, sessions focus on managing anxiety, building healthier coping skills, understanding emotions, and navigating school, friendships, and family relationships with confidence and clarity.

For adults, support can help reduce stress, work through anxiety or depression, heal from trauma, and shift unhelpful patterns in relationships or communication. Many clients seek guidance during major life transitions, family conflict, or periods of overwhelm when they’re ready for meaningful change.

If serious stress or mental health challenges arise, you’ll have guidance from someone trained to help you navigate difficult moments safely and steadily. The goal is simple: for you—or your teen—to leave each session feeling lighter, supported, and more hopeful about what’s ahead.
