Services & Fees
Initial Phone Consultation
A brief phone call to discuss what brings you—or your teen—to therapy. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions about starting therapy, learn about the process, and review scheduling options. During this call, we can also reserve a regular weekly appointment that works best for you.
Intake Evaluation
During this session, we’ll discuss your personal history, background, and goals for therapy. We’ll review any relevant diagnostic considerations and talk through your current mental health experiences, giving you space to ask questions and share concerns. For teen clients, parents are welcome to join.
Individual Therapy
Regularly scheduled sessions focused on your personalized treatment plan. In the first few sessions, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs, then check in regularly to track progress and adjust as needed. Sessions provide a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward your goals both in and outside of therapy.
Payment & Insurance
I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. If you are a private pay or out of network client, I can also provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. If you have questions about using your out-of-network benefits, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m happy to help guide you through the process. Please contact me for information about private pay rates.
