Services & Fees

Initial Phone Consultation

A brief phone call to discuss what brings you or your teen to therapy and answer any questions. This helps us determine if we’re a good fit.
Duration: 15–30 minutes
Cost: Free

Intake Evaluation

During this session, we’ll explore your background, history, and treatment goals. We’ll review any diagnostic considerations and discuss your current mental health experiences, giving you space to ask questions. For teens, parents are welcome.
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: $275

Individual Therapy

Regularly scheduled sessions focused on your personalized treatment plan. In the first few sessions, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs, then check in regularly to track progress and adjust as needed. For teens, I check in with parents as needed throughout care.
Duration: 45–50 minutes
Cost: $225

Payment & Insurance

You can choose to pay for services out of pocket or use your insurance. I accept several health insurance plans, including Aetna, Ascension, Carelon, Cigna, and Quest, to make therapy more accessible. If your plan isn’t in-network, you may still have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy, which could allow your insurance to reimburse part of the cost. Keep in mind, you may need to meet your deductible before coverage begins, and reimbursement amounts can vary by plan. It’s a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see what portion of therapy costs may be covered.
