My practice is based in Houston, Texas. Most of my clients are seen virtually for convenience and flexibility.

Yes, I am in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. If you are a private pay/out of network client, I am happy to provide you with a “superbill” so you can submit it to your insurance company for possible out-of-network benefits.

Initial intake visits are billed at $275. Follow up therapy sessions are $200 for 45 minutes and $225 for 55 minutes. If you’re in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield or Aetna, you will typically pay your copay for each session unless your deductible for the year has not yet been met.

Please let me know if you cannot make it to your therapy appointment within 24 hours. No shows are a case by case basis and are subject to a potential $75 no show or late cancellation fee.

No, I do not prescribe medication. However, I am happy to collaborate with your current prescriber if you take medication. If you’re considering medication for your mental health during therapy, I can support you in finding a prescriber you trust and navigating that process.

You may verify my license online through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists website. You may also file complaints through the state boards if needed.
