  • I am licensed in Maryland and Texas and offer virtual therapy to residents of both states. My practice is based in Houston, Texas, and while I offer a limited number of in-person sessions, most of my clients are seen virtually for convenience and flexibility.

  • Yes! I believe everyone should have access to high-quality psychotherapy. I currently accept Aetna, Ascension, Carelon, Cigna and Quest health plans. I’ll do my best to verify your insurance benefits before our first session, though I also recommend contacting your insurance directly to confirm your coverage.

    If your plan isn’t in-network, you may still have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy, which could allow your insurance to reimburse part of the cost. Keep in mind, you may need to meet your deductible before coverage begins, and reimbursement amounts can vary by plan. It’s a good idea to check with your insurance provider to see what portion of therapy costs may be covered.

    • Initial intake session: $275

    • Follow-up individual therapy sessions: $225

    • Initial phone consultation: Free

    Clients may pay through insurance, out-of-network benefits, or out-of-pocket. I strive to make the payment process straightforward and stress-free.

  • No, I do not prescribe medication. However, I am happy to collaborate with your current prescriber if you take medication. If you’re considering medication for your mental health during therapy, I can support you in finding a prescriber you trust and navigating that process.

    • Maryland: Verify online through the Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologists website

    • Texas: Verify online through the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists website
